Raffaela Cefalo

Raffaela Cefalo graduated in Civil Engineering at the University of Trieste. She is an Associate Professor of Topography and Cartography at the Department of Engineering and Architecture at the University of Trieste. Currently, the research activity is focused on the applications of GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite Systems) to terrestrial and aerial navigation, environmental monitoring, and GIS (Geographic Information Systems)  applications to civil and environmental engineering and architecture. She is the member of RIN (Royal Institute of Navigation), SIFET (Società Italiana di Fotogrammetria e Topografia), AUTEC (Associazione  Docenti Universitari di Topografia e Cartografia, IIN (Istituto Italiano di Navigazione) and ICG (International Committee on GNSS).
